Nuremberg Old Town Train Tour (from Munich)

We took the tour with Paul who was amazig. he was so knowledgeable, enthusiastic, funny and friendly. Nuremberg old town is very beautiful although the walk up to the fortress is very steep. The public bus brings you straight to the rally grounds and you can walk across the zepllin fields. I've seen some reviews complain about train delays or cancellations but that is what you risk when you sign up for a tour with public transport. Our train home was cancelled but Paul did a great job at keeping everyone assured and getting us back to Munich. We passed Paul in Munich train station a few days later and he remembered us. An excellent tour and an even better tour guide!

Paul was an excellent guide, knowledgeable and humorous. We simply had too little time to explore more of Nuremberg and do not trust the train timings (no fault of the tour operator) as we took more than 3h to get back to Munich. Be prepared for some walking but overall, I enjoyed learning about Nuremberg and what the city offered for the afternoon.

Vraiment apprécié cette activité. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir Paul comme guide . Très attentionné à chaque personne du groupe. Comme on avait pas suffisamment d'anglais pour bien comprendre, Paul a eu la très grande gentillesse de nous faire des résumés en français. On voit qu'il est un grand passionné . Un grand merci !

Paul était notre guide,nous avons passé une très belle journée, celui-ci a été très présent pour nous qui sommes francophones, pas parfaitement bilingues. Un gros merci à Paul.
