- The box office is open from 9:00 a.m. until the start of the show.

- Luggage or large bags, alcohol and drugs, pets, food, strollers, cigarettes, and cameras are prohibited.
- The venue doesn't have air conditioning, so it can be cold in the winter and hot in the summer.

- You cannot leave the venue during the performance. Once you leave, you cannot re-enter.
- Taking photos during the performance is prohibited.
- The balcony may not always be open.
