Depart from Athens
for the ancient sanctuary of Delphi
Meet at the Key Tours office in central Athens and board an air-conditioned bus to Delphi on the slopes of Mount Parnassus. Along the way, enjoy the Greek countryside as you pass through the land of Oedipus, the tragic hero of Greek myth. Before arriving in Delphi, take a 15-minute break in Livadeia for a coffee.
Explore the Temple of Apollo and the ancient theater at Delphi
Spend about 1 hour 45 minutes exploring the Delphi archaeological site, once considered the center of the world, with your guide. At the Temple of Apollo, where the oracle delivered ancient prophecies, hear about the oracle and the rituals of the ancient Greeks, and enjoy views of the surrounding mountains from the ancient theater. Headsets let you hear your guide clearly throughout the tour.
Meet the bronze Charioteer at the Delphi Museum

Enjoy lunch and free time in the mountain village of Arachova
After Delphi, head to the picturesque village of Arachova on the slopes of Mount Parnassus. You can also browse shops for handmade textiles, local cheeses and other regional products. Then return to the starting point by bus, a journey of about 3 hours.
