I highly recommend this tour. It's not a Korean-led tour. It's run by a San Francisco company. The guide was very friendly, and just walking through the forest was healing ❤️ The Napa Valley scenery, the winery atmosphere, and the wine tasting were all wonderful! However, the schedule was tight, so I wish there was a little more leeway. I think that's the downside of a one-day tour.

The tour I was most looking forward to in San Francisco this time was the Napa Valley itinerary, and it was even better than I expected! First of all, as soon as I entered Muir Woods, it was really beautiful. I never knew that old trees could be this pretty. Finally, Napa Valley! We visited three chateau-style wineries in order. Each winery had a different atmosphere and the explanations were informative and good! The wine tasting was great and lunch was delicious. The itinerary was great, and above all, our guide Denise was the best ❤️

During this Chuseok holiday, I signed up for a winery tour package offered by Wag while traveling in San Francisco. On the day of the winery tour, I waited in front of the hotel lobby and lobby 15 minutes before and up to an hour after the designated time, but I was unable to meet the guide and was unable to participate in the tour. Everyone plans their trips meticulously and carefully, reviewing each day to avoid wasting time. We also meticulously planned our itinerary, but ultimately, we couldn't participate in the winery tour. Since we hadn't planned anything else for that day, we ended up wasting the day, leaving us feeling very disappointed. We returned home feeling very disappointed. Despite waiting in the hotel lobby and lobby as recommended by Wag, we couldn't meet the guide or contact them, and were unable to participate in the winery tour. Wag declared us a "no-show" and refused to issue a full or partial refund. I regret signing up for the winery tour offered by Wag. Yosem Tour, which operates a Korean guide, personally checked the number of participants in the hotel lobby and even called those who were not confirmed before departing. While our oversight was partly to blame for our inability to attend the tour, the travel agency also bears some responsibility. However, I'm deeply disappointed that Wag is passing the buck to the customer. For San Francisco winery tours, I recommend using another travel agency with a Korean guide.
