• To use your Eurail Pass, you must download the application. Android Download iOS Download (Supports Android 6.0 / iOS 10.0 or higher)
• After booking, you will receive an email with a Eurail activation link within 24 hours.
• You can check required seat reservation sections and make reservations through the Eurail website. Shortcuts
• If you click on the link sent by email, enter your passport number, and your Eurail Pass will be activated through the application.
• After activation, enter the start date on which you will use your Eurail Pass.
• After entering the start date, you can reserve a train according to your travel schedule through the application.
• It must be activated through the application within 11 months from the reservation date, and can be used non-consecutively for the number of days selected, including the start date.
• Any non-consecutive days selected must be used up within one month. (Example: In the case of a 2-day France Pass, it must be used twice within 1 month from the start date)
• If you board a train departing in the evening and arrive at your destination the next day, only one day of departure is counted. (Example: Departure at 19:00 PM on January 2nd, arrival at 04:00 AM on January 3 > counting as a day on January 2nd)
• For international trains that pass through more than two countries, you must have a pass that covers all the countries you pass through. (e.g. Eurail Global Mobile Pass)

• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad. Learn more
• The 1st class pass can be used for both 1st and 2nd class. The 2nd class pass is only valid for 2nd class travel.
• The Eurail pass must be activated through the application within 11 months from the date of reservation.
• Days are counted from the start date and vary depending on the option selected.

Age regulations

• All age regulations are based on full age, and please apply based on age on the start date.
• The Eurail France Mobile Pass is valid for two children per adult free of charge.
• When making a reservation, you must enter all reservation information for all guests.
• If more than 3 children are accompanying each adult, please purchase a youth ticket for the additional 2 children. (Example - 1 adult, 3 children = 1 adult fee + 1 youth fee)
• However, when traveling with three or more children per adult, please select 1 adult, 2 children, and 1 youth to fill in the information for all children.
• The free rate for two children does not apply when accompanying a senior pass holder.
• Adult: 28-59 years old
• Youth: 12-27 years old
• Children: 4-11 years old
• Senior: 60 years or older

[Refund Information]
For passes that have not been registered (activated) within 11 months from the date of reservation, a full refund will be issued after deducting the ticketing fee from the payment amount.
Refunds are not possible for passes after activation or beyond the expiration date (cancellation requests cannot be confirmed until 5 p.m. on Fridays and cancellation requests on weekends/holidays cannot be confirmed)
