Grindelwald Branch Rental Shop
The Grindelwald branch rental shop is located 150 meters from Grindelwald train station and has access to the Eiger shopping center and underground parking.
Our Grindelwald branch has a wide range of professional adult and children's equipment. Since Grindelwald Ski School is located in the same building, you can also book lessons together. In addition to ski equipment, we also have ski jackets, pants, gloves, goggles, helmets, snowshoes, crampons, climbing helmets and avalanche rescue gear, so rent the gear you need!
Interlaken Branch Outdoor Rental Shop
The outdoor rental shop is located in downtown Interlaken, 100 meters from the ski bus stop to Grindelwald. Additionally, a regular bus stop is also 100m away, making it convenient for those who want to go to the ski resort without taking a ski bus. Trains to the ski resort run every 30 minutes. Request hotel pick-up service at the Interlaken store.
The outdoor store not only rents ski and snowboard equipment, but also ski jackets, pants, gloves, goggles, helmets, snowshoes, sleds, hiking boots and backpacks!

What to Remember
- If you are going on the same day, you can come between 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM, and if you rent the ski the day before and want to stay at the ski resort all day the next day, you can come between 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM.
- The store may be a bit crowded between 8 and 9 a.m., so we recommend coming between 4 and 6 p.m. the day before.
- Access to the ski area is restricted after 4 p.m. Please return your skis by 6pm.
- We provide 4-star equipment.
- We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
- Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
Cancellation and Refund
- If cancellation is requested 7 to 4 days prior to the travel date: 50% of the amount and handling fee will be deducted.
- When requesting cancellation within 3 days from the date of travel: No cancellation/change/refund possible
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
