Departure T2 - 3 hours access : The lounge is located on Level 4, Departures Level, Terminal 2, London Heathrow Airport (next to the terminal transfer area). Airside - The lounge is located within a restricted area for departing passengers who have passed customs and passport control and transit passengers who have passed transit customs and security checks. A boarding pass for your connecting flight is required.

Departure T2 - 6 hours access: The lounge is located on Level 4, Departures Level, Terminal 2, London Heathrow Airport (next to the terminal transfer area). Airside - The lounge is located within a restricted area for departing passengers who have passed customs and passport control and transit passengers who have passed transit customs and security checks. A boarding pass for your connecting flight is required.

Departure T4 (Gate 1) - 3 hours access: The lounge is located on the 2nd floor of the departure level of London Heathrow Airport Terminal 4 (between Gates 1A and 1B, take the lift to the lounge) Airside - The lounge is used by departing passengers to clear customs. and within a restricted area for transit passengers who have passed passport control and transit customs and security checks. A boarding pass for your connecting flight is required.

Departure T4 (Gate 1) - 6 hours access: The lounge is located on Level 2, Departures Level 4, London Heathrow Airport (between Gates 1A and 1B, take the lift to the lounge) Airside - The lounge allows departing passengers to clear customs. and within a restricted area for transit passengers who have passed passport control and transit customs and security checks. A boarding pass for your connecting flight is required.

Departure T4 (Gate 2) - 3 hours: Depart London Heathrow Airport Terminal 4 Proceed to the Blush Lounge on the 2nd floor next to the Plaza Premium Lounge. To get to the lounge, take the elevator up near Gate 2. This lounge is located within a restricted area for departing passengers who have passed customs and passport control and transit passengers who have passed transit customs and security checks, and access requires a boarding pass.

Departure T4 (Gate 2) - 6 hours: Go to the Blush Lounge next to the Plaza Premium Lounge on the 2nd floor of Terminal 4 Departures. To get to the lounge, take the elevator near Gate 2. This lounge is located after security and customs and requires a boarding pass to access.  

T5 Departures - 3 hour stay: The lounge is located on Level 2, Terminal 5 Departures, airside at London Heathrow Airport (near Gate A7). The lounge is located within a restricted area for departing passengers who have passed customs and passport control and for transiting passengers who have passed transit customs and security checks. A boarding pass for your connecting flight is required.

T5 Departures - 6 hours access: The lounge is located on Level 2, Terminal 5 Departures, airside at London Heathrow Airport (near Gate A7). The lounge is located within a restricted area for departing passengers who have passed customs and passport control and for transiting passengers who have passed transit customs and security checks. A boarding pass for your connecting flight is required.
