What to Remember
- Pick-up service is available from downtown hotels in central Istanbul.
- The tour is conducted in English.
- This activity is available for individuals, couples, small groups, and large groups.
- Tours are available year-round except January 1 and May 1.
- The schedule may be changed or canceled depending on on-site conditions.
- Participants must have a reasonable level of physical fitness to participate. This tour is not recommended for participants who have difficulty walking.
- Wheelchair use is not possible.
- Grand Bazaar is closed on religious holidays and Sundays.
- We recommend wearing long pants and a long-sleeved shirt.
- Please wear appropriate attire when entering sacred sites.
- From January 2024, the main salon of Hagia Sophia Mosque will be closed for tourist visits. You can visit the Upper Gallery for an additional cost of 25 euros.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
- We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
- Tour changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
- The Grand Bazaar is closed on religious holidays and on Sundays.
- In low season, waiting in the security line at Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque can take around 30 minutes, and in peak season it can take around 90 minutes.
- What you need: A scarf to cover your head.
Cancellation and Refund
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
