• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• If less than the minimum number of guests are accepted, the tour may be cancelled.
• We will contact you directly from the local company 1 day prior to using the product and provide meeting driver information. Please be sure to contact us.
• Diving point -: It will be held at “Danao” or “Alona” point.
• In order to prepare experience diving equipment, you must leave your [height, weight, shoe size] when making a reservation.
• Depending on local weather conditions, the diving point may be changed to "Dolho Beach".
• If the tour is not possible due to bad local weather, cancellation or date change is possible due to natural disasters.
• What to bring: Clothing that can get wet under a swimsuit or scuba diving wetsuit, sunscreen, hat, towel, and other personal items.
• If you are unable to proceed with the tour due to personal reasons on the day of departure, a full refund is not possible.
• We recommend that you sign up for individual travel insurance.
• Due to the nature of the tour, it is conducted as a group tour (joining tour), and can only be conducted when there are at least 4 people making reservations on the day.
• If you present your mobile voucher to the company on the relevant day (day of use), you will receive guidance after confirming your English name.
• You must leave the name of the pickup resort when making your reservation.
• Please get enough sleep before participating and avoid drinking heavily the day before diving.
• Elderly people, people with otitis media, or those recovering from surgery are not permitted to participate in the tour.
• You can board a plane 12 hours after your experience diving, so the tour is not possible on the day of your return home.
• If you are prone to seasickness, please bring headache medication.
• If you apply sunscreen all over your face, water may enter the mast during the experience dive, so avoid your face.
• Those suffering from severe sinusitis or rhinitis, or those with a medical history, require a doctor's opinion before diving.
• It is difficult for people with respiratory disease or surgery experience to proceed with the tour.
• People who need to wear hearing aids or earplugs cannot proceed with the tour for safety reasons.
• If you are suffering from a systemic disease or are in poor physical or mental condition due to water activities, please use caution and inquire when making a reservation.
• Anyone with a hangover or who drank alcohol that day cannot participate.
• If you are deemed to be at risk for your health based on your health condition on the day, you will not be able to participate.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
