• The tour will be held when booking for 2 or more people.

• You are responsible for any information you entered incorrectly or if your email fails to be sent.

• If your reservation is suddenly canceled due to local circumstances, we will provide a 100% refund.
• If unavailable due to local circumstances such as natural disasters or weather, information will be announced 1 day prior to the tour departure.
• You will proceed with the tour after boarding the pickup vehicle at the pickup location you entered.

• Children: 5 years old or older ~ 8 years old or older
• Infants: 4 years old and younger (free)

If cancellation is notified 14 days prior to the tour date: A full (100%) refund is possible.
If cancellation is requested 13 to 7 days before the tour date: 10% cancellation fee (90% refund)
If cancellation is requested 6 to 4 days before the tour date: 50% cancellation fee (50% refund)
If cancellation is requested 3 days before or on the day of the tour date: 100% cancellation fee (non-refundable)
Cancellation reception time is based on business hours 09:00~18:00.
