The 7-step Ritual is a unique spa experience inspired by traditional Icelandic bathing culture. Purify and revitalize your body and mind through various stages, including a warm lagoon, sauna, cold tub, scrub, and steam.

1. Laug (38–40°C): Enter the geothermal lagoon and enjoy the warm water and surrounding scenery

2. Kuldi (5°C): Experience an invigorating cold plunge

3. Ylur (80–90°C): Use steam to open pores and cleanse your skin

4. Súld (~5°C): Refresh yourself with a cool mist

5. Mýkt: Exfoliate and soften your skin with a body scrub

6. Gufa (46°C): Relax in warm steam
