What to Remember
- Minors and children unaccompanied by an adult are not permitted to enter.
- Reserved time slots are for Madame Tussauds admission only.

- Due to the inclusion of London Dungeons, this ticket is not recommended for children under 12 years of age and children under 5 years of age are not permitted.
- Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over 18 years of age.
- Disabled guests pay the standard fee and guardians receive free admission. Guardian tickets will be issued on site upon presentation of a disability certificate.
- Adult: 16 years or older / Child: 5 to 15 years old / Not available for children under 5 years old.
