Additionally, if you participate in Atti Dive's open water course, you will have a special opportunity to enter Saipan Grotto Cave, one of the top 3 cave diving sites in the world. Enjoy a beautiful cave experience at Grotto in Saipan using the simple equipment developed by Atti!

The first step to starting with the Open Water course

Special training to obtain open water certification awaits you over two days and one night.

Learn the basics of diving through hands-on marine training and develop your passion for diving at the Grotto. Obtaining Open Water certification allows you to dive in diving locations around the world. You will have a safe and fun diving experience while traveling with an experienced professional diving instructor trainer!

Experience diving in the fantastic Grotto Cave

Grotto, also known as the Blue Cave, is a dream place for divers and is one of the top three diving sites in the world. Grotto is a sea terrace located on the east coast of northern Saipan and is a unique landform made up of three underwater caves. Grotto boasts a beauty that is difficult to see anywhere else, as the exceptionally blue sea and the sun coming from the other side of the underwater cave meet. The journey may be a bit rough since you have to go down about 110 stairs, but it will be all the more rewarding!

Grotto scuba diving is only available at Ati Dive in Saipan, and it is safe for anyone to use, so even those who cannot swim can enjoy diving after receiving a prior briefing. Unlike regular diving, it is conducted 1:2 with one instructor and two experience divers, and the handling instructor is always in front of you to guide you to use it safely, so you can comfortably experience the grandeur of the Grotto. In addition, it is not a dangerous underwater dive because it is a leisure sport performed using an underwater self-breathing device, and all you need to do is simply learn underwater pressure and breathing techniques.

If you hesitate and give up, you won't be able to enjoy the grandeur of the Grotto, so I recommend that you have a heart full of anticipation rather than fear, and experience a new world by being immersed in the charm of Grotto experience diving with excitement and mystery!

Experience diving at a glance

1. You can enjoy both snorkeling and experience diving.
2. Snorkeling takes about 30 minutes and experience diving takes about 20 minutes.
3. Even if you can’t swim or it’s your first time, anyone can do it.
