• If the minimum number of guests is not met 7 days before the tour, the tour may be canceled.
• The exclusive vehicle will change depending on the number of passengers and local conditions.
• We will not contact you separately during the meeting. Please wait at the meeting time.
• Pick-up and drop-off are not possible outside of the listed locations.
• Please be sure to enter your roaming contact information in case of an emergency.
• If the on-site receiver is lost, a compensation cost of 100,000 won will be incurred. Please be sure to return the receiver at the end of the tour.
• Refunds are not possible if you are unable to attend the tour due to changes in personal schedule, such as natural disasters, local accidents, or problems with transportation (air, train, bus, etc.).
• It is difficult to compensate for safety accidents caused by personal negligence.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
• The schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
• Tour schedule may change depending on local circumstances.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, reservations may not be possible and refunds may be issued.
• When exiting the vehicle during the tour, do not leave valuables or cash inside the vehicle. We are not responsible for loss.
• One suitcase can be carried per person, and additional payment will be requested depending on the number of suitcases when making a reservation.

- If notified at least 30 days prior to the start of the trip: Full refund of the travel fee.
- If notified 20 days prior to the start of the trip (29-20): 10% of the guide fee and commission will be deducted from the travel fee and refunded.
- If notified 6 days before the start of the trip (19~6): 15% of the guide fee and commission will be deducted from the tour fee and refunded.
- If notified 1 to 5 days prior to the start of the trip: 20% of the guide fee and commission will be deducted from the tour fee and refunded.
- If notification is made within 24 hours of the start of the trip: 50% of the guide fee and commission will be deducted from the trip fee and refunded.
