• This tour requires a minimum of 2 participants.
• Bicycles are available for ages 16 and older.
• For children under 7 years old (or up to 20 kg), a child car seat is available. This option may not always be available and you should contact your local partner to check availability.
• The minimum height to participate is 160cm (5'3").
• The tour may be canceled due to bad weather.
• The tour is led by a guide and you cannot ride a bicycle without a guide.
• Theft insurance is not available. In case of theft or damage, a fee of 250€ (standard bikes) or 900€ (City eBikes) will be charged at the rental location, in case of damage to accessories different prices apply.
• Pets and slippers are not allowed.
• It is a good idea to bring your passport or ID card, driver's license, and protective gear if you have it.
• This activity is not suitable for pregnant women, people with mobility impairments , non-cyclists , wheelchair users , people under 160cm, people with colds or people who have recently had surgery.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
• The schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
• The tour departs on time and there will be no waiting for you if you are late.
• Please arrive at the pickup location at least 10 minutes before the meeting time.
