• The vehicle model for transportation is Toyota Hiace. Up to 9 people can ride. If you have a large number of people, you can also use our charter bus.
• Hiace vans allow one piece of luggage per passenger. (Maximum 9 for 9 people)

• Baggage is based on carrier size (90L).
• If the information entered by the customer at the time of reservation determines that the number of people and the amount of luggage exceeds the fixed limit, the reservation may be refused. Additionally, if the number of people or luggage exceeds the fixed limit on the day of departure, boarding may be refused at the driver's discretion. Please understand that refunds cannot be made in that case.

• We do not send out car numbers or driver information in advance, but if you wish, we can provide the information if you contact us 3 days before the departure date.
• In principle, overtime is not allowed, and if overtime occurs on the day of participation, cash must be paid to the driver on site. Please note that 1 hour is 10,000 yen, 2 hours is 20,000 yen, up to 2 hours .
• If a pick-up location is not specified and the passenger cannot be located, the order will not be refunded.
• If service must be suspended due to inclement weather (typhoon, heavy snow, etc.), we will notify you by phone or email. In this situation your order will be refunded.
• You can specify a destination, but not which route you want to take.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of unexpected local conditions. Sign up
