BESTThe worst agency that gives tickets on the day of the match, I absolutely do not recommend it^^ They said they would send the tickets 1-3 days before the match, so I trusted them and waited until the night before the match in Madrid. I didn't hear anything,,, Eventually tried to contact WAG,, They didn't answer the phone because it was not business hours ㅋㅋㅋ I also called a foreign number that they told me to call if there was a problem, but they didn't answer ㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎ I thought I was scammed, so I just bought the tickets somewhere else and went to sleep,,, I couldn't just wait all the way there and not be able to watch the match,,,, I contacted the agency that I bought tickets from for another match, and they sent the tickets right away;;; When I woke up in the morning, they had sent the tickets to my email. They didn't say anything like "I'm sorry for being late." The seats were also really bad,, I just didn't use it. There was no point in making a reservation months in advance. I didn't want to go all the way overseas to fight, and it was annoying, so I just left it alone. I was the only one who would lose out,, They never said anything like "I'm sorry." Never buy overseas soccer tickets from WAG. I absolutely do not recommend.

- Even if the match date changes due to the league schedule, the reservation will not change. The exact date and time will be written on the ticket and sent out. Please purchase carefully as refunds are not possible if you wish to cancel due to a match date change according to the club's regulations.
- However, refunds are possible if a match scheduled for Friday-Sunday is changed to Tuesday-Thursday or a match scheduled for Tuesday-Thursday is changed to Friday-Monday.
- Entry is not permitted if you are wearing the away team's uniform or merchandise.
- The status of Reservation in progress on My Page means that the reservation has been confirmed, and E-Tickets will be sent 1 to 3 days before the start of the game.
- Madrid match tickets are QR tickets. However, for some special game tickets, they may be paper tickets or season cards. For QR tickets, enter the URL above (one per person) into your mobile browser and download the match tickets to your phone.
- Opening hours for each seat category are listed on the ticket description and E-Ticket.
- If the weekend match date is changed from Saturday to Sunday or vice versa, no refunds will be given.
