How to receive your ticket:
1. Please prepare your passport and mobile voucher.
2. Please select a language from the top menu of the ticket machine. (English, Chinese, Korean supported)
3. Select “Recieve reserved ticket”
4. Select “Exchange for Japan Pass”
5. Scan the mobile voucher QR code at the exact location.
6. Select the pass start date. (You can select up to 1 month in the future)
7. Click Agree to the information about pass receipt qualifications and personal information. (Total 2 questions)
8. Please scan your e-passport at the correct location. (If it is not an e-passport, you cannot scan it and must collect it in person.)
9. On the confirmation page, check the product and collect your rail pass.

[Hiroshima Joy Pass]

• This product is an automatic reservation product and can be used on the same day of reservation.
• After purchasing this product, you will receive a voucher via email. The voucher is valid until March 2, 2025.
• The voucher is valid for 7 days from the first use after purchasing this product. (Ex. 1/1 first use → 1/1 ~ 1/7)
• If you purchase 2 tickets with one reservation, the validity period will remain the same for 7 days from the time of first use of the 2 tickets.
• ex) Purchase 2 tickets on January 1st → Use 1 of the 2 tickets on January 10th and both tickets will be treated as first-use tickets within 7 days → The validity period for both tickets ends on January 16th.
• ex) If you purchase the ticket on January 1st and use the first facility on March 1st, the ticket can only be used on March 1st-March 2nd.
• You can select and use any three facilities you want from the target facilities within the validity period.
• You can enter easily by presenting the QR code on your e-ticket.
• Free cancellation is available only for unused vouchers within the validity period.
• Even if you do not use all of the tickets, there is no refund for the difference in price.

[JR Kansai Hiroshima Pass 5-day ticket]

• Holders of Japanese passports are not permitted to use this service.
• Users with a residence permit in Japan cannot use the product.
• This product is an automatic reservation product and can be used on the same day of reservation.
• The voucher is valid for 90 days (from the date of purchase, not the date of use).
• If you are reserving more than 2 tickets, please enter the information of all the people who will be using the ticket, not the representative's information. Otherwise, tickets will not be issued.
• Once you start using the ticket after it has been issued, refunds are not possible even if the train is out of service.
• Please make sure to bring your passport when purchasing a ticket. A copy of your passport is not acceptable.
• Physical ticket machines are available in Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, and Korean.
• If the ticket machine is defective or your passport does not have an IC chip, please go to the designated station counter (Midori-no-madoguchi) to receive a physical ticket.
• If you need additional tickets for your trip, please purchase them at a JR West station before boarding.
• The location of the station counter (Midori-no-Madoguchi) is indicated at each station.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.

[JR West Japan   rail   pass   reservation   seat   exchange   notification]

• You can use it unlimitedly with a reserved seat, without any restrictions on the number of times.
• Reserved seats on the pass require separate exchange (reservation at the green ticket machine or Midori-no-Madoguchi)
• If you have used all of the reserved seat exchanges or have not exchanged for a reserved seat in advance, you can use only the pass you have for a non-reserved seat.
• For passes with unlimited reserved seat exchanges, please make reservations at the Midori-no-Madoguchi for the 7th exchange and beyond. Reservations cannot be made at the machine.
