Rental car information
When using 1-4 people (basic)
You will be assigned an Avanza 7-seater vehicle, and when using 4 people, up to 2 pieces of luggage are allowed based on checked baggage.
If there are 5 or more people, or if you have a lot of luggage
You must upgrade to an Innova 8-seater or Hiace 12-seater vehicle. Please select the vehicle upgrade option additionally when booking.

If you cancel your reservation 6 to 4 days before the travel date: A refund will be issued after deducting 50% of the payment amount.
If you cancel your reservation 3 days before the travel date ~ the day of or NoShow: Cancellation/change/refund is not possible.
• Cancellation/refund requests are accepted only during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00 to 18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays), and if cancellation is received outside of business hours, it will be processed as received on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Please request cancellation and refund during business hours and receive cancellation confirmation.
