For 1-4 people (basic)
Avanza is assigned as a 7-seater vehicle, and when 4 people use it, up to 2 pieces of luggage are allowed based on airline checked baggage standards.
For 5 or more people or with a lot of luggage
You must upgrade to an Innova 8-seater or Hiace 12-seater vehicle. Please select the vehicle upgrade option additionally when making your reservation.

What to Remember
- Please specify the time you would like to start when booking. We will pick you up from your accommodation.
- 1 - 4 people will be assigned a small 7-seater vehicle. For 4 people, you must use at least 2 checked baggage items, or for 5 or more people, you must use an Innova vehicle.
- The reservation will be made at the requested time, and the driver will wait at the meeting point 30-10 minutes in advance.
- If you are later than the reservation time, the driver may wait. However, we would like to inform you that the tour time is applied from the booked start time and the end time is the same.
- We are not responsible for theft or loss that occurs during the trip, so please take care of your valuables during the tour. We also recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
- All vehicles have been disinfected before travel.
- All staff working with us have been fully vaccinated.
- It is difficult to compensate for safety accidents caused by personal negligence.
- We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
- The schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
- Tour schedule may change depending on local circumstances.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, reservations may not be possible and refunds may be issued.
- If there is an emergency related to the tour locally, you must contact us through the emergency contact information at the bottom of the confirmed voucher sent to you.
Cancellation and Refund
If cancellation is requested 6 to 4 days prior to the travel date: 50% of the payment amount will be deducted and refunded.
3 days before travel date - same day or NoShow: No cancellation/change/refund possible
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
