A cultural yacht trip following in the footsteps of Takao's first consul, Shi Wenhou, in 1861! I will present a feast of culture and knowledge across seas and oceans from the Western perspective that Simunhu had at the time.

The cultural yacht will travel along the following routes: Takao British Consulate Cultural Park - Xiongzhen North Gate - Dapingding Fort - Qihou Lighthouse - Flag Rear Fort - Merchant Marine Dock - Banana Wharf - Xinbin Wharf. While traveling on a yacht , hear stories about Simeonhu and Kaohsiung Port, see the red brick round arch building of the British Consulate in Takao, and admire the white silhouette of the lighthouse and the blue mountains and sea in the distance.

The Rose Garden was founded in 1990 by famous painter Huang Tenghui, who was also the first to introduce the British afternoon tea style to Taiwan. He not only brought the British afternoon tea culture, a symbol of elegance, but also incorporated Taiwanese flavors and introduced Taiwan's cultural creativity and unique characteristics. Rose gardens can be seen throughout Taiwan, including the British Consulate in Takao.
