I am writing this review because I had the worst experience during my recent trip to Taiwan. I purchased a ticket from WAG and visited the British Embassy, but when I arrived, it was under construction and I couldn’t even see the exterior properly. I had gone there on purpose because the exterior was famous, and it wasn’t an easy route to get there. I went there with great difficulty, but I only paid the entrance fee and came back without being able to take a single proper picture. Above all, there was no notice in advance that there was construction, and if it had been like this, I would never have visited. I requested a refund from WAG, but they flatly refused, saying that I had “already entered.” It is clearly wrong to sell a place under construction without providing any information to the users. I used the information and reviews posted on WAG, but I was very disappointed by this unpleasant experience, and I will never use WAG again.
