Taiwan Tourist Shuttle Alishan Bus Ticket Exchange
- Please be sure to have your QR code ready before boarding the bus. If you are traveling with more than one person, please present the corresponding number of QR codes to the driver for verification. (Example: If you are traveling with three people, present three QR codes.) If you do not present the appropriate number of QR codes for your group, you will not be permitted to board the bus.
- Your purchased ticket allows you to ride Alishan Line A or B, allowing you to board and alight four times each way. Scan the QR code each time you board the bus, and the ticket must be used within three days.
Alishan Forest Recreation Area Ticket Exchange
- At the entrance, a staff member will scan your QR code to enter.
Punch Hu Yahoo Grandma's Railway Lunchbox
- Take the QR code to the store and show it to the service staff. After verification, you can select the lunch box flavor you want.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
