• Please be sure to prepare the QR code before boarding the bus. If there is more than one person accompanying you, please present the corresponding QR code to the driver to confirm. (Example: If there are 3 people accompanying you, present 3 QR codes) If you do not present the QR code corresponding to the number of people, you will not be able to board the bus.
• The purchased ticket allows you to board the Alishan A Line or B Line and allows you to board and disembark 4 times in a round trip. You must scan the QR code every time you board the bus and use it within 3 days.

• During holidays and cherry blossom season, there are many people and it is easy for the bus to be full, so it is recommended to wait at the boarding station in advance. (Prevention of not being able to board the last train)

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
