Introducing the 7 Courses

The 7-course dining experience is inspired by great artists. Enjoy a feast for the senses with the works of renowned artists.

Course 1. Michelangelo (Vegan)
Filo tart filled with mushrooms, topped with balsamic caviar pearls, charcoal-grilled shimeji mushrooms, and edible gold

Course 2. Banksy
Lavash bread topped with beef bresaola, truffle aioli, and microgreens
* Vegan option: Marinated kohlrabi, avocado mousse, togarashi spice, micro herbs, and dried olives

Course 3. Picasso
Seafood salad topped with 'Weeping Woman'
* Vegan option: Jicama ceviche with marinated jicama, edible flowers, and leche de tigre

Course 4. Jackson Pollock (Vegan)
Salad drizzled with sesame sauce, spinach puree, beet root puree, and chili puree

Course 5. Andy Warhol
Beef cheek with tamarind, served with apple puree and topped with hazelnuts
* Vegan option: Salt-crusted beet root, mashed potatoes with truffle oil, roasted onions, and beet root served with vegetable broth
* Served in Andy Warhol's signature tomato can. A PHO drink in a Coca-Cola bottle is also provided.

Course 6. Salvador Dali
Grilled potato white chocolate soufflé topped with vanilla ice cream flavored with Maldon salt and bitter olive oil
* Vegan option: Grilled potato dark chocolate soufflé, vegan ice cream with extra virgin olive oil and pink Himalayan salt

Course 7. Van Gogh
White chocolate bar inspired by 'The Starry Night'
