What to Remember
- Snap shooting is available for up to 1 to 8 people.
- You can easily meet a photographer by looking for someone wearing a purple hat or strap and holding a camera.
- Photography is only available during designated times. If you would like to extend the shoot, please make multiple reservations.
- We will deliver your photo files via a secure link within 48 hours of shooting.
- Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, reservations may not be possible and refunds may be issued.
Cancellation and Refund
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
