If canceled 6 to 4 days before the use date - 50% refund of the total amount is possible.
Cancellations 3 days before the use date or on the day of use - Full refund is not possible.
No refunds will be given for cancellations due to no-shows.
If you wish to change the schedule, an additional fee of 500 pesos per person will be charged (can only be requested up to 4 days before the tour).
In the event of cancellation on the day before or on the day of the tour for safety reasons such as weather or equipment defects, the schedule can be changed or a full refund is possible.
- For cancellation refunds and schedule changes, requests must be received during business hours (Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding Sundays and public holidays), and cancellations received after business hours will be processed based on the next business day's time.
- You must receive confirmation of cancellation or change within business hours when requesting cancellation or change.
- In the case of natural disasters, the decision is made based on the official document of the Philippine government (government of the area where the tour takes place), not the judgment of the individual (purchaser).
- The tour will proceed even in rainy weather.
