Cancellation and Refund
Cancellations made 6 to 4 days prior to the tour date - 50% refund of the total amount.
Cancellations made 3 to the tour date - no refund.
No refunds are given for no-shows.
A surcharge of 500 pesos per person applies for schedule changes (requests can only be made up to 4 days prior to the tour).
Cancellations made the day before or on the tour date due to safety reasons, such as weather or equipment failure, may be rescheduled or refunded in full.
- Cancellations, refunds, and schedule changes must be received during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding Sundays and public holidays). Cancellations received after business hours will be processed on the next business day.
- Cancellations or changes must be confirmed within business hours. - In the case of a natural disaster, the decision will be made based on an official document from the Philippine government (government of the area where the event will be held), not the buyer's (purchaser's) own judgment.
- The event will proceed even in rain.
