What to Remember
- The tour vehicle is ‘Songthaew’ .
- Songthaew is a public transportation system in Pattaya officially approved by the government. You can use it with confidence because you are covered by vehicle insurance.
- The morning pick-up time at 10 o'clock is a time when there is no traffic, so you can use it comfortably.
- Admission tickets will be issued on-site by the driver.
- There is a one-way pick-up and private transfer to the hotel after the tour ends.
- It is not possible to store suitcases or belongings in the vehicle.
- Traveling to Bangkok after the tour costs an additional 50,000 won regardless of the number of people per team, and you can bring your bags with you.
- After the tour, you can travel privately from the crocodile farm to Terminal 21 Pattaya at the above fare.
Grab, Bolt, Maxim taxi: about 150-200 baht (about 8,000 won) - If less than the minimum number of guests are accepted, the tour may be cancelled.
- We will inform you through KakaoTalk the day before the tour. If your KakaoTalk ID cannot be searched, delivery may not be possible, so please enter accurate information.
- We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
- Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.

Cancellation and Refund
- If notified after 9:00 PM 1 day prior to the travel date: Cancellation/refund is not possible.
- The date and time of the cancellation request is based on the local time of the trip.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
