* If you participate in this survey event, you can enter the Hagi Museum, Hagi Meirin Academy, and Hagi Castle Ruins (Shizuki Park) for free, and the number of Joy Passes will not be deducted.
* This event is limited to 1,000 people and will end when the number of participants is reached.

• This product is an automatic reservation product and can be used on the same day of reservation.
• This product cannot be used by Japanese nationals, long-term residents, or permanent residents. It is only available to short-term tourists.
• Cancellation is only possible if both the JR Sanyo San'in Pass and the Yamaguchi Joy Pass are unused. If even one has been used, cancellation is not possible.
• The JR Sanyo San'in Pass voucher is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.
• The JR Sanyo San'in Pass actual ticket can be issued at the ticket window (Midori-no-madoguchi) or through the green machine. You can specify a date up to one month after the issuance date.
• After exchanging the JR Sanyo San'in Pass for a real ticket, cancellation is not possible. Please inquire at the local ticket office. (Not possible after use has begun.)
• Once you receive your JoyPass voucher via email, the voucher is valid until March 2, 2025.
• Joypass vouchers are valid for 7 days from the first use (ex. 1/1 first use → 1/1 ~ 1/7)
• If you purchase 2 tickets with one reservation, the validity period will remain the same for 7 days from the time of first use of the 2 tickets.
• ex) Purchase 2 tickets on January 1st → Use 1 of the 2 tickets on January 10th and both tickets will be treated as first-use tickets within 7 days → The validity period for both tickets ends on January 16th.
• ex) If you purchase the ticket on January 1st and use the first facility on March 1st, the ticket can only be used on March 1st-March 2nd.
• Unused vouchers can be cancelled free of charge within the validity period, but cancellation is not possible after use of even one facility.
• No refunds will be given even if there are unused facilities.
• If you purchase multiple tickets in one order, they will all have the same validity period. You cannot purchase two tickets at once and use them on different dates.
• If you purchase multiple passes at once, the same validity period applies to all purchased passes, so if one person wants to use multiple passes, please purchase them separately. (Ex. Purchase 2 passes and start using only 1 pass. If you use 1 pass for 7 days and try to use another pass from the 8th day, the same validity period applies, so the unused pass will expire and cannot be used.)
