• Marine activities and sea walking experience costs are not included in the tour and must be purchased separately.
• Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult to use the facility.
• Depending on the weather and climate conditions, water leisure and sea walking experiences may be changed to Hon Roi Island or Hon Dua Island.
• Additional charges will apply if you use the pick-up and drop-off service from hotels outside the Duong Dong area.
• Ong Lang area: VND 100,000 per person (The Shell, Ocean Bay, Camia, Chen Sea, Mango Bay, etc.).
• Cua Can, Vung Bau area: VND 200,000 per person (Movenpick, Fusion, Nam Nghi, Green Bay, etc.).
• Bai Dai, Ganh Dau area: VND 400,000 per person (Vinpearl, VinHolidays, Radisson Blu, etc.).
• Cay Sao, Ham Ninh area: VND 100,000 per person (Rocks Beach Boutique, Voyage Phu Quoc Beach, Dugong Cottage, etc.)
• Tours may be cancelled in the event of natural disasters, severe weather, epidemics, or war.
• Any fees other than paid tour tickets and/or other additional service fees are non-refundable.
• The tour program may change depending on the situation, but the number of courses will remain the same.
• You must proactively provide relevant information, such as your name, ID number, and date of birth, to apply for travel insurance.
• If you would like to request a vegan diet, please let us know using the contact information attached in the emergency contact list.
• Any unused services in the tour program are non-refundable.
• There are no basic medical supplies provided, so if you need them, please bring your own.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• Please be sure to adhere to the designated time. If you are late or a no-show, you will not be able to use the tour and no refund will be given.
• Please note that you are responsible for any safety accidents or loss of valuables caused by your own negligence.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.

• Full refund is possible if cancellation is made before 6 PM the day before the date of use.
• Full refund is not possible if cancellation is made after 6 PM the day before the date of use.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00 to 18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
