2. SUV class
It is larger and more comfortable than a passenger car, has an SUV size, can accommodate 4 people, and can store up to 3 pieces of luggage.
3. Premium Class
It is a luxury sedan with a more comfortable ride than an ordinary passenger car, can accommodate up to three people, and can store two to three pieces of luggage.
4. Van
The standard van size can accommodate between 6 and 9 people and up to 9 pieces of luggage. Recommended for families or group travelers.

What to Remember
- If you would like to reserve a sanding service, please enter your desired time in the pickup details section.
- When you arrive at the airport, please look for a sign with your name on it.
- A 2-hour waiting time policy applies to all customers who reserve airport pickup service.
- You are responsible for any flight delays, early arrivals and cancellations that occur without prior notice, and no additional costs will be incurred in such cases.
- You may be asked to stop for approximately 15 minutes for essential purposes such as using the restroom or visiting a pharmacy while on the move.
- Up to 1 baby seat is provided free of charge, additional seat will be charged 300 THB per seat (payable on site)
- Regular vehicles cannot accommodate wheelchairs.
- If you have large luggage such as surfboards or bicycles, we recommend choosing a van.
Cancellation and Refund
- Cancellation notice from 47 hours before the start of the trip to the same day: No refund
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
