What to Remember

- Please meet our on-site staff in front of the meeting point, Café Al San Michele, and present your voucher. The staff will be wearing clothes with the Vox Italy logo.
- Please arrive 15 minutes early to avoid being late for admission.
- During peak season, from June to the end of August, there may be long lines.
- Wheelchair access is not available.
- This ticket allows you to take the elevator to the first floor of the dome. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes as you will have to climb about 300 steps to reach the top.
- Children under 2 years old can enter for free without a ticket.
- Please make sure to bring your passport or ID card before entering.
- This product cannot be changed or cancelled after reservation is confirmed.
- Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, your reservation may not be accepted or a refund may be issued.
