BESTI expected there to be a ton of tourists at Hagia Sophia, so I bought a ticket first, but since I visited during the off-season, there was no one waiting at the entrance and it was empty. Hehe... Still, it was good that I was able to see it comfortably since I made a reservation. And usually, there are so many people in front of the sacred fire that it's hard to see it properly, but since there weren't many tourists, it was okay that I was able to see it leisurely. It was convenient that an English audio guide was included, but depending on the Wi-Fi, it sometimes cut out or had to be restarted from the beginning. If you're disappointed that you couldn't see Hagia Sophia from the first floor, go to the Blue Mosque instead. It's similar. I was satisfied even just seeing the second floor.
