How To Use
1. Please check your order details email and access My Page. View as image
2. Click [Get Ticket] and receive the E-code.
3. After downloading the TopView app, click [Download tickets to app] and enter the code on the ticket.
4. When using the Downtown and Uptown courses, you can board by presenting the activated QR code on the Top View app.
(Boarding is available for 24 hours within the bus operating hours from the moment the code is first scanned.)
5. When using the night tour, please select the date and time on the Top View app and make a reservation.

- Pets, including service dogs, are not allowed on the Top View Bus.
- In case of shortened/cancelled operation due to company circumstances or festivals or parades in Manhattan, exchanges and cancellations are not possible even if use is not possible.
- This code can only be used once and cannot be reused.
- All passengers must have an individual QR code generated within the Top View app to board, and you can use multiple codes by entering them on one mobile phone.
- You can use it for 24 hours from the moment you first scan the QR code.
- Uptown/Downtown Course and Night Tour must all be used within 24 hours of the validity. (Night Tour can only be used once)
- There are no assigned seats, and if the bus is full, it may be difficult to board.
- For Uptown/Downtown, you can get on and off freely, but for the Night Tour, you cannot get on and off.
- Even if you have made a reservation for the night tour, seats are not assigned and you will be asked to board on a first-come, first-served basis and sit in the seat of your choice.
- You cannot board or disembark on the night tour. After the tour ends, you will disembark at the same location you boarded.
- If you wish to transfer existing tickets downloaded to the TopView app to another device, you must directly request a TopView code reissue from the business.
