• Match date schedule and kickoff time are subject to change. If the date and kickoff time change after the match date is confirmed, WAG Customer Center will contact you.
• Even if the match date changes due to the league schedule, the reservation will not change. The exact date and time will be written on the ticket and sent out. Please purchase carefully as refunds are not possible if you wish to cancel due to a match date change according to the club's regulations.
• However, refunds are possible if a match scheduled for Friday-Sunday is changed to Tuesday-Thursday or a match scheduled for Tuesday-Thursday is changed to Friday-Monday.
• Entry is not permitted if you are wearing the away team's uniform or merchandise.
• The status of Reservation in progress on My Page means that the reservation has been confirmed, and E-Tickets will be sent 1 to 3 days before the start of the game.
• Opening hours for each seat category are listed on the ticket description and E-Ticket.
• If the weekend match date is changed from Saturday to Sunday or vice versa, no refunds will be given.
• Bag checks will be conducted upon entry to the stadium, so please check the permitted contents on your E-Ticket.

• When purchasing for 2 or more people, we will try to arrange seats that are as close together as possible, but this may not be possible depending on the on-site situation.
