QC NY Spa features over 20 different indoor spa facilities. Experience a spa experience that will make you feel completely relaxed, including foot baths, multi-saunas, infrared beds, steam rooms, ice rooms, and relaxation rooms.
Outdoor spa facilities
Enjoy a relaxing dip in the panoramic pool with unobstructed views of New York City. It’s heated all year round, so it’s perfect for chilly fall and winter days.
Introducing the available options
There are three options in total: daytime tickets, sunset tickets, and 5-hour tickets. Choose the option that suits your schedule.
Daytime Ticket
Entry begins at 11am and you can stay at QC NY Spa for as long as you like.
Sunset Ticket
You can enter from 5pm and stay until closing time. Also, since you enter at sunset, you can watch the sunset at the panorama pool first and then use the indoor spa facilities!
5 hour ticket
Entry is available from 1pm onwards and you can use the facilities at QC NY Spa for 5 hours.

What to Remember
- Please make sure to bring your passport or ID card before entering.
- Please make sure to bring your swimsuit.
- The Manhattan Ferry departs from the Battery Maritime Building and is included with spa admission.
- Massages are available upon check-in for an additional fee.
- Re-entry is not permitted after check-out.
- Food and drinks are available for purchase at the Spa Bistro, but outside food is not allowed.
- Due to the spa facilities, pregnant women, people with heart problems, or those who have undergone surgery are not recommended to use the spa.
- We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.
- Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, your reservation may not be accepted or a refund may be issued.
Cancellation and Refund
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
