BESTI have been using Wag Platform for several years and have used it as my 0th priority over other platforms and recommended it to people around me, but I was very disappointed because of the insufficient explanation and response and will never use it again. 1. When I clicked on payment, the price was divided into 3 options: ticket-excluding and ticket-included. We chose ticket-excluding since we were not going to enter and would only look around. When we arrived at the appointed time, they asked us to pay 25 euros on-site? Make sure to note the information about ticket-excluding. If you look at the information, it says that the entrance ticket is 10 euros per person, but the guide showed us on his service app that we had to pay 25 euros on-site. So we chose ticket-excluding and when we said we didn't need to enter, they insisted that we buy it since we had already purchased it. Not only was there no mention of paying 25 euros on site on the voucher, but if they had included everything instead of excluding tickets in the first place, I wouldn't have purchased it in the first place. ㅡㅡ And although it said it included water, they didn't even give me water^^ Also, it said it was a small group, but it was so cramped that it was uncomfortable to ride in, and instead of focusing on driving, they were talking to other travelers in the back, so their voices were too loud and the smell of cigarettes and perfume was irritating to my nose. It was the worst tour ever, and it wasn't just a penny or two, it was over 100,000 won, so it was a waste of money. I was disappointed with their inadequate response, and I will never use this platform again.
