Freediving class lasts about 2 hours. First, we will have a freediving introduction and meeting, followed by stretching and warming up, and then wearing freediving equipment. At this time, you will learn various techniques to become a diver, such as snorkeling, equalization (adjusting to water pressure), and duck diving (entry technique).
