Freediving classes last about 2 hours. First, we have an introduction to freediving and a meeting, then we stretch and warm up, and then we put on the freediving equipment. During this time, we learn various techniques to become a diver, such as snorkeling, equalizing (matching the water pressure), and duck diving (entry technique). Finally, we take pictures and videos, and the class ends.
