• If you notify us 2 days (2) before the start of your trip: 50% of the product fee will be deducted
• Until the day of your trip (1~same day): No cancellation/refund
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). If you cancel outside of business hours, it will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
