Cancellation fee 0% for cancellations made 11 days (inclusive) prior to the tour date
Cancellation fee 20% for cancellations made 8-10 days prior to the tour date
Cancellation fee 30% for cancellations made 4-7 days prior to the tour date
Cancellation fee 90% for cancellations made 1-3 days prior to the tour date
Cancellation fee 100% for cancellations made after that.

• Cancellation/refund requests must be received during business hours (Monday-Friday 10:00-18:00), and cancellations made on weekends, public holidays, and outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
