Cancellation and Refund

* If the customer is unable to use the service due to errors or omissions by the seller, the customer has the right to request a refund or eSIM replacement.
Refund requests must be made within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
* However, the seller is not obligated to fulfill such a refund if the seller can resolve the customer's service unavailability issue within 10 days after the customer notifies the seller of the issue.
* The customer agrees to cooperate with the seller's efforts to resolve such issues, and acknowledges that the seller is not obligated to provide a refund if the customer refuses or fails to cooperate.
* Each data package provided by the seller has its own validity period, and no refunds will be provided for any remaining data after the validity period expires.
* Once the eSIM is installed, it is considered used. No refunds will be provided after installation unless explicitly stated.
