Cancellation and Refund
Full refund if cancelled 7 days prior to the date of use
50% refund if cancelled 6 to 3 days prior to the date of use
No cancellation or refund on the day of use 2 days prior to the date of use
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00 to 18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
