- You can receive your mobile voucher via email or the WAUG app.
- Meet your driver at the pickup location.
- The voucher is only valid for the date and time you select.
- When booking, please select whether your chosen route or service will be airport pickup or hotel drop-off (selectable before payment). To book round-trip service, please make two separate reservations.
When picking up at the airport:
- Please enter your arrival flight number and exact landing time when making your reservation.
- Exact pickup information will be sent to you via email or text message.
- The driver will wait for up to 45 minutes after the flight lands.
When picking up at the hotel:
- Please enter the full English name of the hotel and pick-up time.
- Please use the hotel's Google Maps address when entering location information.
- The driver will wait up to 10 minutes from the scheduled pickup time.
What to Remember
Cancellation and Refund
Cancellations made within 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund or may incur a cancellation fee.
• Cancellation/refund requests must be submitted during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations made outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Cancellations and refund requests must be submitted during business hours and confirmed upon receipt of cancellation confirmation.
