- Refunds are available only within 7 days from the purchase date.
(However, refunds for the following month may be difficult to process, and refunds are not possible if the product has been used or already registered on your device.)
- Due to the nature of products used locally overseas, refund requests due to reasons such as connection failure, unavailability, or eSIM malfunction may be due to issues with the device being used, unfamiliarity with settings, or temporary communication disruptions, rather than product issues. Therefore, refunds will only be processed upon approval after consultation with customer service (phone, email, etc.) using local Wi-Fi.
- Refunds may not be possible for requests made after returning home without prior confirmation.
- eSIM products can only be registered and used on the device they were initially registered on.
- Re-registration on another device after initial registration is not possible.

Cancellations/refunds are applied only to requests received during business hours (weekdays 09:00-18:00).
