Cancellation and Refund

- Notification up to 30 days (~30) prior to the start of the trip: Full refund of the tour price
- Notification up to 20 days (29-20) prior to the start of the trip: 10% of the total price will be deducted from the refund
- Notification up to 6 days (19-6) prior to the start of the trip: 15% of the total price will be deducted from the refund
- Notification up to 1 day (1-5) prior to the start of the trip: 20% of the total price will be deducted from the refund
- Notification on the day of the trip but before the start of the tour: 50% of the total price will be deducted from the refund
