- If notified up to 30 days prior to the start of the trip (~30): Full refund of the tour price
- If notified up to 20 days prior to the start of the trip (29~20): Refund after deducting 10% of the total product amount
- If notified up to 6 days prior to the start of the trip (19~6): Refund after deducting 15% of the total product amount
- If notified up to 1 day prior to the start of the trip (1~5): Refund after deducting 20% of the total product amount
- If notified on the day of travel ~ before the start of the tour: Refund after deducting 50% of the total product amount

• Cancellations/changes are only possible during business hours (Mon-Fri: 09:00~17:30).
• Reservations cannot be canceled or changed on weekends (Sat, Sun), public holidays, or outside of business hours due to the absence of 담당근무자. (Please check before making changes or cancellations.)
• Cancellation (change) deduction fee rates are only applicable if you have gone through the KakaoTalk consultation/phone cancellation process with the 담당자 during the specified hours.
