Lunch Menu Set (2 Courses)

• Starter: Seed crispbread, focaccia bread, and smoked salt butter are provided.
• Main Course (Choose 1): Creamy salmon soup, smoked cheese and fried reindeer soup, tomato soup, pasta Bolognese, chicken blue cheese pasta, or cold smoked tofu pasta.
• Dessert: Snowman blueberry pie, vanilla sauce, and meringue are provided.

Dinner Menu Set (3 Courses)

• Starter: Creamy parsnip soup, goat cheese cream, and roasted sesame seeds are provided.
• Main Course (Choose 1): Roast elk, lightly simmered Arctic salmon, pepper-flavored chicken breast, or falafel patty, all served with puree, sauce, and seasonal vegetables.
• Dessert: Strawberry-chocolate bavarois, vanilla cream, and strawberry muesli are provided.

Children's Menu

• Starters and desserts are the same as the adult menu, and the main course can be selected from crispy chicken or pasta Bolognese with french fries.
