How to deliver mobile tickets:

- If you reserve a match on your desired date, the Wag Customer Center will notify you of the reservation confirmation within 24 hours.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, your reservation may be canceled or a refund may be issued.
- Due to time differences between countries, ticket delivery may not be possible if you book a match date close to your arrival date.
How to use mobile tickets:
- The QR code on your WAUG voucher does not constitute admission, and tickets will be sent separately. Please check your email 1-2 days before the game to receive your mobile ticket.
- Please present your mobile ticket and passport at the ticket booth at least 2 hours before the game starts.
- You can enter the stadium through the gate indicated on your ticket.
