* Airport pick-up time can be changed: It can be changed depending on your arrival time, and the itinerary may vary slightly.

- If you notify us up to 30 days before the start of the trip (~30): Full refund of the tour fee
- If you notify us up to 20 days before the start of the trip (29~20): Refund after deducting 10% of the total product amount
- If you notify us up to 6 days before the start of the trip (19~6): Refund after deducting 15% of the total product amount
- If you notify us up to 1 day before the start of the trip (1~5): Refund after deducting 20% of the total product amount
- If you notify us on the day of the trip ~ before the start of the tour: Refund after deducting 50% of the total product amount

• Cancellation/changes are only possible during business hours (Mon~Fri: 09:00~17:30).
• Reservation cancellations and changes are not possible on weekends (Sat, Sun), public holidays, and after work hours due to the absence of 담당근무자. (Please be sure to check before changing or canceling.)
• To receive a refund according to the cancellation (change) deduction fee rate regulations, you must go through the KakaoTalk consultation/telephone cancellation procedure with the person in charge during these hours.
