BESTI looked at several snorkeling tours in Bunaken, but I'm glad I chose the private one. Unlike group tours, we were able to select points according to our schedule, so we enjoyed it at a leisurely pace. The Bunaken Wall Diving Point was particularly impressive. The vertical coral cliffs stretched endlessly, and snorkeling over them was just as thrilling as scuba diving. The water clarity is in no way inferior to that of Bali or Cebu. If you visit Manado, Bunaken is a must-include on your itinerary.
