* Please arrive 10 minutes before the meeting time.

- Full refund for cancellations made 30 days or more prior to departure (~30 days).
- A 10% deduction from the total price for cancellations made between 20 and 29 days prior to departure.
- A 15% deduction from the total price for cancellations made between 6 and 19 days prior to departure.
- A 20% deduction from the total price for cancellations made between 1 and 5 days prior to departure.
- A 50% deduction from the total price for cancellations made on the day of the tour or before the start time.
