Meet according to your flight arrival time.

* If your flight is delayed on the first day, changes may occur, such as moving to accommodation and sightseeing the next day.

- If notified up to 30 days prior to the start of the trip (~30): Full refund of the tour fee
- If notified up to 20 days prior to the start of the trip (29~20): 10% deduction from the total product amount, then refund
- If notified up to 6 days prior to the start of the trip (19~6): 15% deduction from the total product amount, then refund
- If notified up to 1 day prior to the start of the trip (1~5): 20% deduction from the total product amount, then refund
- If notified on the day of travel ~ before the start of the tour: 50% deduction from the total product amount, then refund

• Reservations cannot be canceled or changed on weekends (Sat, Sun), public holidays, or after business hours due to the absence of 담당근무자 (Please be sure to check before changing or canceling.)
• To receive a refund according to the cancellation (change) deduction fee rate regulations, you must go through the cancellation procedure via KakaoTalk consultation/phone with the 담당자 during these hours.
