Rio de Janeiro Copacabana Sunrise Stand-Up Paddleboard Experience (Photos & Videos Included)

Start your day on Copacabana Beach at dawn

Arrive at the designated meeting point on Copacabana Beach by 4:00 AM to prepare for your experience. On the sand, a professional instructor will guide you through the basic stance for stand-up paddleboarding, how to use the paddle, and safety rules. A board and life vest are provided, allowing you to participate comfortably, and you can also store your personal belongings during the activity.


Paddleboard towards the sunrise

Once ready, you'll head out into the waters off Copacabana with your instructor to begin paddling. As you slowly navigate the calm morning sea, wait for the sun to rise. As sunrise approaches, the horizon will begin to brighten, and the Copacabana beach and city will be bathed in the morning light. Enjoy the unique perspective of Rio from the water at your own pace.


Capture memories with 4K photos and videos

During the experience, 4K photos and videos will be taken against the backdrop of the stunning sunrise. You can focus on paddling and enjoying the scenery without the pressure of holding and operating your own camera. The activity concludes around 6:00 AM, returning to Copacabana Beach.
