Meet Pandas in Nature
Located at the foot of the mountains in Yutang Town, Dujiangyan City, Panda Valley spans an expansive ecological area of approximately 2,004 mu. With bamboo forests, streams, and mountains at altitudes of about 740-1,161m, it offers a space where you can enjoy a nature walk while observing pandas. Compared to the panda base in downtown Chengdu, this area more actively utilizes its natural surroundings, creating a more relaxed atmosphere for panda encounters.
Observe Giant Pandas and Red Pandas

Panda Valley features breeding enclosures for giant pandas and release areas for red pandas. Watch pandas eat bamboo or rest, and explore various viewing areas integrated with the forest along walking paths.
In the red panda area, you might even encounter red pandas freely roaming their surroundings. Please note that the pandas' locations and activity levels may vary depending on their daily condition and the weather.
